Perhaps the most recognisable name in the European progressive house, Miss Monique will descend on Detroit for the first time as MeanRed and Gray Area welcomes the Ukrainian DJ to Leland City Club on December 16.
Gaining a considerable following converting classic radio mixes into YouTube podcasts with her acclaimed Mind Games podcast, Miss Monique holds a unique talent for combining techno rhythms with classic trance and progressive house.
This versatility has found a home on stages big and small, with Tomorrowland, CRSSD and EDC among them. Upon entering the production fray, Miss Monique has released music via Black Hole Recordings, AFTER:HRS, Purified, and on her own Siona Records. These tracks, including her smash hit No Fear, have been championed by the biggest names in electronic music, like Tiesto, David Guetta, Paul van Dyk, Gareth Emery, Camelphat, and Nora en Pure. And with Siona Records, Miss Monique also provides a home to young upstart Ukrainian sound producers while also providing opportunities for international collaborations.
Whether through energetic DJ sets, millions-viewed podcasts, or as a label head of a Beatport top 15 progressive House imprint, Miss Monique always finds a unique way to draw fans in, whatever the setting.
